Brunch at Trio Café may be among the best meals you will ever have. What first strikes is the location, in front of Bondi Beach and the Pink Lake: pretty beautiful! You can sit outside on the sunny terrace, but the inside of Trio is just as cosy, with its comfy couches and gorgeous decor.

How to define the brunch at Trio Café? Cool, easy-going and absolutely delicious!

Some of the best dishes we had:

- The Breakfast Burrito: shredded chorizo, chili, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and chili, accompanied by a pepper and lime salsa, guacamole and a warm tortilla
- The Shakshouka: two eggs poached in smokey tomato ragout with a side of Turkish bread and marvelous hummus
- The Mango & Lime Buttermilk pancakes: served with strawberries, lemon curd, double cream & 100% canadian maple syrup
- The Nutella French Toast: brioche with caramelised bananas and hazelnut crumble
