Welcome to Longman & Eagle, this famous hipsterish Logan spot, which is known for its delicious brunch – and the long wait preceding it (no booking). It has a casual, crowded atmosphere and clearly lives up to its reputation since the food is creative and excellent. Plus, the staff is particularly nice and attentive!

The brunch menu seems endless: PBR breakfast (eggs, bacon or housemade sausage, house potatoes, ice cold can of PBR), smoked Scottish salmon Benedict with pumpernickel rye, poached eggs, thousand island Hollandaise, salmon roe, shaved fennel, red oinion, and pickled appels and watercress, veggie quiche (buttered leeks, maitake mushrooms, asparagus, housemade mozzarella, farm arugula, fines herbes puree), house made biscuits and pork sausage gravy, fried chicken with waffles, sweet potato, pork belly hash and maple syrup…
